set it once

You write the instructions one time.
Claude shows up on schedule.

A scheduled task is a set of instructions you give Claude once. Then it keeps doing the recurring work while you’re off doing literally anything else (sleeping, on a client call, at the park pretending the swings are fun). You come back to a report, a draft or a short list, and you make the call.

while you’re still in bed

Your numbers, already read.

Sales, ad spend and email stats compared and summed up, so the day starts with a two-minute briefing instead of six open tabs.

All 17 come with the exact prompt, so you can copy it, swap in your own details and put it on the schedule for your business.

What you get from each contributor

One task, start to finish.

01

What runs, and when

The task in their own words: what it pulls, what it hands back, and the day and time it fires.

02

The prompt to copy

Word for word, with [brackets] where your details go.

03

When it misfired

What went sideways on their first runs, so yours go smoother.

04

Their rule of thumb

How they decide what deserves a schedule, plus the first task they’d tell a beginner to build this week.

05

More tasks running now

The other scheduled tasks in their business, a few lines each, for when you want a second one.

06

The number that changed

Where they tracked it: hours back, a conversion rate, emails they never had to write.

07

What stays human

The one part of the job each of them refuses to hand to Claude. My favorite part of the whole guide.

a peek inside

This is what “the exact prompt” means.

Jodi’s prompt, lines 1–5
Every weekday at 4pm CT, process my recorded calls.
1. In Fathom, list every meeting I recorded in the last 24 hours (on Mondays, since Friday at 4pm CT). For each one, get the transcript and summary. Skip any call that already has a Gmail draft titled "Notes from our call: [call title]."
2. Identify the call type: client, discovery, group coaching, or learning. Skip solo recordings.
3. Extract action items tagged by owner ([Me] or [Assistant]), key decisions, open questions, and:
   a. Content ideas: questions a client asked that could become a blog post or podcast episode, written the way they'd type it into Google or ChatGPT.

From Jodi Bourne’s End-of-Day Call Processor, which runs every weekday at 4pm Central. The full prompt, and 16 more, are in the guide.

How I’m making $900k/year on less than 25 hours a week.

I’m Kate Kordsmeier. I have OCD, panic disorder and a few chronic illnesses that treat my energy like a budget instead of a given (you know, minor stuff), plus two kids who are unmoved by all of the above. So I work less than 25 hours a week, there’s exactly one human on my team (hi, Rachel), and 2026 is on track to be a $1 million year.

A lot of the rest gets done by what I lovingly call my Claude minions. Before I’m even up, Coffee with Claude has my day briefed. On Thursdays at 3am, one reads every check-in, survey and Skool comment for the lovely things my students said, so I never go hunting for testimonials when I need them on my sales pages.

On Fridays, another sweeps my to-do list, closes whatever’s already done and leaves only what needs me. And every Monday, one puts what Meta says my ads made next to what customers were charged (Meta, it turns out, likes to take credit).

None of them make the decisions. They do the checking, sorting and drafting, and I get to be the puppet master who reads a short list and says yes or no. That’s how a business fits inside the hours my body actually has.

This guide is 17 versions of that, from business owners I admire. Find the one that makes you say “oh, I need that,” and start there.

xo, Kate
