We charge a low base rate and tie the rest of our pay to the new revenue we actually help you create. Your baseline is your own trailing 12-month average. You keep every dollar of that, always. We only ever share in the growth above it (because the best way for us to make money is to help you make a lot more of yours).

Self-employed since 2010. We work best with founders who've already launched and are making real money (ideally $10K+ months), though that's a strong preference, not a hard gate. Weekly Voxer office hours with both of us, a monthly strategy call (one 60-minute or two 30-minute sessions) with both of us live, four critiques every month on whatever you're building, and weekly Inbox Insights email coaching between it all. On top of the coaching: lifetime access to Mindful Business Academy, The Room, and the $1k/Day Experiment. We look at your average monthly income over the last 12 months. That number is your baseline, and you keep 100% of it, always. The revenue share applies only to new revenue above that baseline, generated while we're working together. You'll see the exact sliding-scale tiers spelled out in your custom proposal before you ever commit.
