how to use this

Pick the boring ones. Pick the easy ones. Pick whichever ones you've been avoiding. Many of these strategies stack on top of each other, and the layering creates a compound effect, especially for an evergreen ecosystem.

Your progress saves automatically, so close the tab and come back whenever. Stuck on what to do today? Tap "Pick one for me" at the top. Or let us pick for you. Every month inside The Room, we choose one play and run it together live.

section one

Immediate ROI

Quick wins that move cash today.

Delete social media off your phone for the month. Free up your time and experiment with anti-social strategies.

Send 1 email per day for an entire month. They don't have to be long or perfect. Some can be 1-2 sentences, like the hand-raiser email below.

Host a 24-72 hour Flash Sale for one of your offers.

Send a weekly wrap-up, magazine-style email featuring multiple offers, freebies, and value content alongside your sales content. Share what you're loving, working on, or teaching, and always include links to your offers.

At least once a week, send a personality-driven, story-based newsletter with CTAs.

Host a live implementation challenge for one of your offers, like we do for Get It Done Week inside The Room.

Send a Hand-Raiser email to a segment of warm leads who have expressed interest before. They've looked at the sales page, replied to an email, had a sales call. Add a 24-hour bonus to sweeten the pot.

Hand-Raiser Template

Subject: Quick q: want my [result] the easy way?

Body: If you've been stuck on [pain], I can get you to [result] with [offer] in [timeline].

Want details? Reply "YES" and I'll send the exact steps + link.

Send a Reactivation + Win-Back Credit email to lapsed buyers and lurkers, offering them a coupon, credit, or bonus if they purchase this week.

Credit Email

Subject: I put $$ in your cart

Body: You've got $15 credit toward [offer], because past-you was curious. It expires [date]. Apply it here: [link].

Win-Back Nudge

Subject: Still on your mind?

Body: You looked at [offer]. Two quick options:

  • Use your $15 credit (expires [date]): [link]
  • Reply with your top blocker. I'll point you straight to the fix.

Collect 3 micro-wins from members, clients, or students (1-2 sentences each), and post them on the sales page or shop, plus add to today's email. Incentivize them with a free gift in exchange for the review.

Micro-Win Script

"[Name] implemented the starter checklist and made 2 sales in 36 hours. Yours is next. Grab it now and I'll include a quick Loom audit."

Send 1 sales email to your list talking about your offer in a way you never have before.

Send a "Just hit reply: what's stopping you?" check-in to anyone who's viewed your sales page in the past.

Add a payment plan (if your offer is priced over $99) and email your list letting them know they can now get started for less.

Host a live webinar, workshop, or event that feeds your funnel. Always end with a pitch. Bonus points: commit to doing this monthly. Even rinse-and-repeat events create urgency, buzz, and re-engagement.

Add Annual or Lifetime access options to your memberships. Reduce churn, increase upfront cash flow, and email your list with a reason to join now.

Launch an asynchronous coaching offer (Voxer, email, Loom) and email your list with a pre-sale price or early bird discount.

Add a short P.S. offer to any email you're already sending.

Send an Objection-Sweeper FAQ email about one of your offers.

Objection-Sweeper Template

Subject: Is this right for you? (honest take)

Body: If you want [result] without [icky thing], yes. I answered the 3 biggest Qs here, plus included a 2-minute preview: [sales/checkout link]

Run paid ads on Meta to a freebie that has a tripwire with a bump and upsell offer on the backend.

Test a "Try a free module" or "7-day no-questions-asked refund policy" to remove friction at checkout. Email your list about it.

section two

Back-End, Long-Term Evergreen

Set it. Stack it. Compound it.

Create an Everything Page or a Shop Page so people can see all your offers in one place and buy multiple things in minutes. Learn Everything pages here, Shopify here.

Add a tripwire offer to every one of your lead magnets. Recommend a $7 intro offer that's relevant, fast to consume, and actually useful. We teach this in Tripwires, Bumps + Upsells. Kartra makes this easy.

You don't need to add a tripwire to ALL of your offers to check this off. Do what you can. The strategy compounds best when you do it across the board, but you can always add more later.

Add a pop-up limited-time discount to every digital product sales page. We teach this in Tripwires, Bumps + Upsells. I love Convertbox for this.

Compounds best when you do it across every sales page. Start with your top-trafficked one. Add more as you go.

Add a bump offer to every offer you sell. We teach this in Tripwires, Bumps + Upsells. Kartra makes this easy.

Bump offers raise your average order value with almost zero extra effort. Start with your highest-converting checkout.

Add an upsell to every offer you sell. We teach this in Tripwires, Bumps + Upsells. Kartra makes this easy.

The thank-you page is prime real estate. They just bought, they trust you, and they're already in their wallet. Don't waste it.

Launch an evergreen welcome series that includes at least one offer for your email list. Even better: include your 3-5 most popular products.

Launch a long-term, evergreen automated weekly sales sequence for your email list after they complete your welcome series.

Break your flagship/signature/high-ticket offer into a la carte lower-ticket offers that are bite-sized and solve one specific problem. They're more likely to say yes to something, and many still upgrade to the full course later. This is what I did when I broke Mindful Business Academy into mini-courses like Clockwork Queen, Evergreen Funnels, Messaging. All roads still lead to MBA.

Create an "everything offer" or "all-access pass" that gives people every digital product you sell, all in one place for a fraction of the a la carte price. This is like what we do for MBA.

Create a private community for your audience. Cultivate relationships and share more behind-the-scenes to build trust. Use it to post about offers, flash sales, and exclusive bonuses.

Add 1 new social proof asset (testimonial, case blurb) to your sales pages.

my pick: Senja

I use Senja to collect, organize, and embed testimonials. Video, text, screenshots, all of it. It builds the embed widgets for me, and I can pull a quote in seconds when I'm writing a sales page or an email. If you've ever lost a great testimonial in your DMs and never used it, this is the fix.

Add a post-purchase upsell email sequence to at least 1 of your offers, inviting them to take the next step with you.

Add a chatbot to your website and sales pages to drive sales. A simple "Need help choosing?" bot guides people to the right offer, removes friction, and increases conversions for new visitors.

Add VideoAsk to your sales pages so people can interact with you 1:1 about your offers and get their questions answered.

Add an exit-intent offer on high-traffic pages. When someone's about to leave, offer a discount, freebie, or bonus and convert window shoppers into buyers or subscribers. I love Convertbox for this.

Create behavioral lifecycle trigger automation emails: browse-abandon, cart-abandon, and checkout-abandon flows with escalating specificity and a final FAQ objection-sweeper email. Kartra makes this easy.

Add dunning to recurring payment plans, subscriptions, and memberships. Reduce failed payments with automatic retries, partial balance capture, card updater, and one-click update card links. Kartra makes this easy.

Enhance your checkout. Kartra makes this easy.

  • Cut nonessential fields
  • Add Buy Now, Pay Later options like Klarna or Affirm
  • Enable express pay (Apple/Google/Shop Pay/PayPal)
  • Auto-fill address
  • Add trust badges and a plain-English refund line on checkout

List Building & Visibility

Traffic, audience, collabs.

Apply to be a contributor or speaker at a bundle or summit. Bonus points if you create a tripwire for the freebie.

Pitch yourself to be a guest on a podcast. We teach this strategy here.

Publish an SEO/GEO-optimized blog post that links to one of your offers. Our customGPT can help.

Email your affiliates asking them to help promote your offer in exchange for commission. Give partners a 50-word blurb, unique link, and 1-liner testimonial. Don't have an affiliate program yet? We teach you how here.

Invite new affiliate partners to join your affiliate program and give them swipe copy to share.

Ask someone to do a list swap with you, where you each promote each other's freebie or offer to your respective audiences. The VIP Soul Circle is a great place to find collabs.

Sponsor bundles, summits, or someone's email whose audience contains your ICA. These convert better than social, sometimes better than big affiliates. Examples: Mine, Sage's, Steph's.

Host a JV webinar with one of your top affiliate partners.

section four

Audit, Optimize, Adjust

Track the KPIs that actually move the needle.

Start tracking your sales in an Airtable base or Google Sheet that you can automate with something like Zapier.

Conduct an audit of your current offer suite.

  • Ask: What's making money? What's burning me out?
  • Adjust: Your offers, pricing, and traffic strategy accordingly.
  • Reallocate: Budget and team resources if needed.
You did the thing.
